Barclays Online banking

Am I alone?

For the past 2 days Barclays online banking has been pretty much floored by their so called "upgrades". I've held on twice for over 45 minutes to get through to the business helpline without luck...frustrating

On the odd occasion when i managed to get pages to load, it would appear that Barclays have removed "references" from payment account overviews. When dealing with hundreds of BACS/STO a day this is going to be impossible to allocate...already I can see today we have 3 people all called Mr Jones

This is literally grinding the business to a halt.

Logged onto mine no problem last evening (about 5-ish), but I can't say I like the changes very much.

Change is not good!

I logged in a 6.15am this morning but can't log in now. It just loads and loads and loads :mad:

How frustrating is this service at the moment?? I have been trying to log on for the past 20 minutes and still no success, same yesterday as well, I gave up in the end.

How can they launch a new website like this its an absolute joke, come on Barclays get your act together.

I'm getting frustrated with this too.

I tried to log in twice yesterday, waited ages for each page to load then it told me I'd taken too long and had to start again! So gave up.

Am trying again now, have looked at my emails and FB whilst waiting for the first page to load!

Upgraded site - Rubbish!

I got that fed up with the whole Barclays online experience I went elsewhere. Slow, card reader ALWAYS required to login (or long card details) ... followed by an annoying full page advertisement.

Plenty of other choice so I went.

Just an update from earlier. Still waiting to login (browser has been trying over and over).

I have also been sat on Barclays Business complaints line for the last 40 mins. Still no answer, but my call is very important to them...i'm debating that at the moment.

Looks like a trip to the local branch to make sure everyone's salaries get paid today.

It would be quicker to go to the branch. I have given up until they sort it out.

Having issues logging in to Santander as well. Logged me in fine then loaded and loaded but did but did nothing. Finally managed to get in and then couldn't get the log out screen to open.
Just tried again and it has written Successful log in 10.32 6 times lol.
Logged me out ok that time.
