Low Storage on HTC Wildfire S phone - nightmare!

I cannot even view my gallery pics so cannot delete any! I don't have hundreds at all though - maybe 40-50 at a guess? I have no picture texts and am always deleting texts so don't have many at all. I will try and do the camera setting but don't I need to go to the gallery first, where I have all my pictures to do that? (sorry I'm not very good still with the settings!) thanks.
I have several hundred pics on my wildfire, as I use it for work purposes, re power the handset and see if that improves things .0 -
That's RAM, not internal storage, so that's fine.
If you want to see the actual free space, then have a look in Settings => Applications and at the botton you have used and free figures.

148mb used - 1.5mb free - blimey, Facebook is 21.94mb!!!
What would happen if I used 'clear data' on the Facebook app (16.38mb) would it free up this space? or 'damage' something - if you see what I mean!! - nothing in the FB cache.0 -

What happens if you connect the phone to the computer (select mass storage mode on the popup on the phone) and try copying the photos to your computer, then deleting the photos from the phone. The photos should be in a folder called DCIM.
I haven't got round to synching the phone to my computer yet - I did try a while back but I couldn't get it to work - probably something I did wrong!0 -

If you're feeling a bit techy, it is possible to set the phone so that (nearly) every application can be installed to your SD card, this may help you with space in the future.
You either need to have root access, or use your PC to send some commands to the phone, if you're interested in dicking about like that, I can help
