Custom Earpiece Bluetooth

I have used several bluetooth earpieces over the last 2 years in my work as a cab driver, but find myself leaving it off a lot as they are so uncomfortable after an hour or so. I have searched the net and can find companies in the states that will do a custom molded earpiece but will not post over here, is there anyone in this country doing anything and if so where.

They wont post over here as you will need an impression of your ear taken by a trained specialist. This is then sent to the manufacturer to make the custom piece

Thanks Drahcir, we have tried this type but when you have 7 girls on a hen night as soon as they know youre on the phone the noise level goes up. so i think it really needs to be an in the ear type jobbie, any further suggestions please
