TMobile Complaint Help

Hi, new to this site but desperately need some advice.

Long story short, went to New York before Christmas and unknown to me my roaming facility on my TMobile contract phone was on. Few weeks later received text saying high usage since last bill, contact TMobile to avoid any service interuptions. Apparently as roaming was on I incurred over £500 worth of charges!!

Spoke to an advisor who turned out to be in their Manila office, after 30 minute conversation she advised me that in her own words 'I have good news for you, you don't have to pay these charges and they will be deleted in full. Thought nothing more.

Week later phone cut off, rang again and apparently I am liar and nothing of the sort was agreed. This came from the Leeds office, who advised they will email Manila to see what was agreed etc. No calls recorded apparently. They agreed to reconnect me and in their words they told me the Manila office are always saying things they shouldn't.

Anyway after 5 letters to TMobile and only 1 back from them they terminated my contract. So I then pursued the case through CISAS who are an independent judicator. After weeks of defence from both sides they have sided with TMobile saying it is upto me to prove what they said. But how could I? No calls recorded and even no notes were put on my file after a 30 minute conversation, 30 minutes and no notes!!

So I am left with this big bill and the threat of legal action, and not sure now where to go with this. It has never been about the money, if the advisor in my initial conversation had told me its due then it would have been paid by now. But I know what was said and I know the truth, but what options are available to me. I really dont want to let this go as to me TMobile have acted very irresponsible and basically called me a liar.

Any advice would be great.
