Cell phone network minutes

If say you have 200 minutes of calls on your monthly contract. Is there any way you can check minutes used on your mobile phone and reset it each month?

    I think this depends on the phone.
    Even most basic of my phones, SE J132 that cost a few pounds, has 'Call timer' in Menu >> Calls.

    That said, some networks round the minutes of each call up while a timer may not do this.
