The one I received was sent in the post with my usual Capital One statement.
And, IIRC, I opened the account in January several years ago, so it was sent on the anniversary of my account being opened, as mentioned in the article.0 -

A waste of time for all the people who always pay their balance in full on time, or rotate between 0% deals and so never pay any fees or interest.
However 2 out of my 3 credit cards are online statement only, so at least those won't be wasting paper and postage giving me this information...Indecision is the key to flexibility0 -
Do they still demand three months utility bills when you apply for stuff? Something you printed yourself just makes it a farce.
Letter heading used to mean something.
To those who got conned into ticking paperless billing:
check they don't want £5 for a printed one in the future.
Also, I wonder whether HMRC will accept non-hard copy in an audit.0 -
Might come in handy for sorting out the next mis-selling scandal.:)

I got my amex one yesterday. Came the same day as my statement but in a different envelope. I wondered what it was to start with.
Just like the one above. Spend £7625 or so. Total charges £0.0
