Problems calling 0774 from Virgin?

Have a contract with Virgin and it was fine calling these 0774 numbers so I could call abroad. But the last 10 days it's always coming up as engaged. Is anyone else having problems?

You have to keep trying the number and eventually they do connect. Sometimes after dialing 10 times.

Ok, thanks, was fine before, would connect first time, not its just constantly engaged, tried about 5 different numbers.

On their website, YourCall has the following message since February the 16th for T Mobiles users (and therefore Virgin):
"Right now our T Mobile customers are experiencing some technical issues resulting in users having to make several calls to actually connect to our service. We are aware of this problem and are actively working with the T Mobile technical team to resolve this as a matter or urgency." Nothing else since. I tried to call repeatedly the other day (up to 20-30 times) with no success. Once I managed to get passed the busy tones, but the line died on me.

Having the same problem with Virgin, its constantly engaged. I hope Virgin haven't stopped the calls.
