I have produced a bespoke tile painting for a customer who now wants a full refund.
She received the goods on the 4th of January this year.
She ordered the design after receiving a sketch etc from me.
Apparently a friend visited her yesterday telling her how appaling they were and not up to standard and that she could do a better job!
We have been specialising in this field for around 25 years and have never had a complaint. If she ordered from us after seeing our style etc on our website and then a drawing designed for her, can she now say she dosen't want it and demand a refund?

Any help would be useful thanks:mad:

My brother was employed as an assistant manager of a small shop (no work contract) for two years. During this time the owner bought a new shop and gave my brother a flat above it, rent free. My brother spent lots of money furnishing and carpeting his flat but after 5 months the owner went bust leaving my brother with no job, flat or money.

My brother continued working for his boss for 4 weeks which included driving him on a 300 mile trip several times while he was starting a new business somewhere else, moving the stock and shelving from the old shop to different buyers and other duties he was asked to carry out.

His boss had promised to pay him within a week or two but he has now left the area, asked someone else to sell his property in his flat and send him the money and has not paid my brother. The other day the police questioned my brother about the disappearance of his boss who has apparently phoned a friend to say he is going to top himself, probably due to drinking all his money away and having so many creditors.

The car my brother was using in helping his boss belongs to his boss and is worth about 1K, which is less than the wages he is owed. My brother still has the car, is there any way he can legally own it and sell it to cover the work it looks like he will never be paid for?

    Many thanks.
