  • Today - the usual;

    Was up with the larks this morning to get a wash load onto the line before leaving for work as the weather looks good. Hopefully a bird won't crap on it this time ...

    Charge mobile at work :)

    Will be down Tescos tonight to see if I can get any cheap bread to make sarnies for work tomorrow.

    Lunchtime - check B&M's + Co op for 'specials'

    Walk home from work if weather is like it is now. Sunshine, especially now, means winter is over :)

  • high five euronorris!!! Am on NSD 3 - unheard of for me! and yet I have met with friends twice this week for lunch (one was a picnic & another was a lunchtime walk) have been to a lunchtime concert (classical chineese emsemble), have been to a lecture and am meeting my best friend for a catch up in an hour. Will take flask of home made latte for us. Just goes to show with a little effort the best things in life come for free :beer:

    lunches are becoming very interesting though. Today I have a little cambells cream of mushroom soup - lo from a pasta bake earlier in the week, added milk to make it more than a mouthful and the last slice of tomato tart out of the freezer

    High five determind new ms!! :D

    My lunches are pretty boring. At the moment, it tends to be a choice between veg soup and egg salad sandwiches! lol Although, I do still have some home made spag bol in the freezer, so I might have some of that next week.

    Am trying my best to up my vitamin and mineral intake though, to make my immune system stronger. And OH's. He had Shingles in late Jan/early Feb. Since then he's had the flu, 3 colds and a stomach bug!! So, whinge a little he might (about all the veggies), but I don't care! lol

    Good luck pinkpenguin with the petrol! My FIL had awful trouble last night. I hope it's better in your area (he's in the south west).

    I forgot to add earlier that my OH said last night that he will pay for my new Passport. :) I've still adjusted my budget though, and plan to save the money. I know it sounds a bit silly, but I want to prove to myself that I can do it! Does that make sense?
