Barclays online banking on ipad...problem?

I was hoping for an answer on this too. I haven't been able to login either as the drop-down list of password letters stops at "f" unless you're on a pc. I just keep repeating the start of login until the password letters it asks for is "f" or below. Online Barclays is so dreadful I could give them a whole round of "f"s if they had the decency to let us know who to talk to!
Would NEVER recommend them purely due to their PinSentry rubbish- I don't know of any other bank that won't allow me to pay MY bills of MY choosing with MY available funds. Have been with them 29 yrs but switching now!0 -

Same here with the HTC Desire and Ipod Touch, drop down menu only opens to "f" ?0 -
I spoke to Barclays and apparently the online banking will only show the password letters in full on smartphones, ipads etc if you use their mobile site. Not ideal, but at least there's a solution :-) I'm still leaving Barclays though due to it being so difficult to pay people- you either have to have the pin sentry device with you or register for pingit. The latter is still a bit rubbish though as the person you're paying also has to be registered for pingit using a mobile number (not always feasable with businesses) and there's a limit of £350 on it. Other banks just use a passcode system via your mobile which makes life much simpler.0
