ISA Re-Instatement Cert. from Icesave

I had built up £10k plus in ISA back in 2008 with the then Icesave bank.
At the time it went under they issued me with a Re-Instatement Certificate, As the interest rates were so low i never bothered putting it into another ISA. Will i now have to start from new all over again or can i in some way use this certificate?

thanks in advance...

You will have to start again. the certificates were only valid until 5 October 2009.
Did you really mean to put loose?
Lose: no longer possess, not to retain, unable to find
Loose: not firmly or tightly fixed in place
