Sorry about the misunderstanding there. I see now.
But the fact that you recognise the other account makes things a little more complicated as I suspect that this person is involved in some way and possibly that you may be in dispute with this person as to who should receive this money ... ?
In a way. The money is a rental deposit and an educated guess tells me the other account is the letting agents. We had a lot of trouble with the letting agents and they would do everything they possibly could to delay us getting the money.
