It's worth doing if:
a) you can sell them on without having to incur any extra fees;
b) you run a business, but don't use a franking service - 1st class franked mail is "only" going up to 44p;
c) you send a lot of letters or sell a lot of stuff on ebay;
d) you're going to play a very long game - and sell them once everyone elses stocks have dried up.
Nearly everyone else with a basic grasp of maths has probably had the same idea, and I'm sure there's been a lot of "panic" buying. So I'd doubt there'd be a lot of immediate demand.0 -
