Loan Taken Out In My Name Speed Credit Mini Credit

They used an ATM took my card without my knowledge and then put it back after use so I had no idea that it had been used. I have told the bank the account has been frozen so no money can go out of it0

To be honest, you're going to have a hard time convincing Minicredit that it wasn't you that took out the loan.
Look at it from their point of view -- PDL applied for with all of your personal details.
- Money paid into your account.
- Money withdrawn from your account using your ATM card (which is then put back where it belongs without you noticing) and your PIN (which they somehow managed to get hold of).
When was the loan taken out? When/how did you realise what had happened? How do you know for sure that it was this person who did it?0 -
Because they have took out about 4 pay day loans out in my name every other loan company has excepted it as fraud as they have investigated it properly e.g got in contact with the police.
The loan was taken out in November and I found out in December and I found out because I received a letter off another pay day loan asking for money.
I know it was them because they were a drug addict and would do anything for money, and they admitted it to me but of course they wouldn't admit it to the police0 -
You will have a hard job convincing minicredit of anything. If you told them it was day they would tell you it was night
Sadly too late for you but I was told (by a heroin addict) to never trust a drug addict0 -
Ok well thanks anyway0

If they had you ATM card and knew the PIN, then you are liable.
Not that I believe you though LOL0 -
I disagree
If they knew the pin and emptied the account then yes you would be liable but the fact they committed a fraud to get the money paid in is different. This is a consumer forum so why should we not offer help at face value instead of making judgements0 -
Please tell me why on earth i would make this up??? "LOL" its not really funny the fact that someone i knew and trusted took a loan out in my name0
-
Davey ignore some of the people on here. Better off on legal beagles0
-
