their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'

So it's not a deliberate attempt to divert attention away from the "granny tax"?

Why shouldn't greggs pay VAT?
Greggs don't pay VAT, the customer does. I assume you are happy having a 20% increase in the price of food.0 -

Of course nobody is ever happy about paying more but why should hot food from greggs by no VAT but you have to pay VAT on hot food from McDonald's?
They should either scrap VAT on all hot food or make everyone pay it.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
If Labour were still in power we'd probably be buying hot pasties with wheelbarrows full of hyperinflated currency by now.
The current lot make mistakes but Labour were a disaster, never forget.
History will define how well this 'government's' performs and let's face it, if the past week or indeed since they came into power is anything to go by, Labour's tenure will almost seem competent!0 -

LOL I doubt it....this is Labour 'we won't create any taxes but please ignore the 99+ we did do'
Labour were useless, I don't care who wins the next election as long as its not Labour!!!The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!
