Anyone know if there is any chance of finding out where seetickets seats are positioned? I ordered for 7/12 at O2 but the tracker facility on the website doesn't give seat numbers - I'd like to find out where they are before they get distributed in Nov/Dec time!! There's an 0871 number to call with enquiries, but don't want to hang on racking up a huge bill if that isn't information they can give me anyway.

From what I recall when having the same problem with another gig a while back, the seats weren't allocated until the tickets were dispatched. So it could be a long wait yet I'm afraid. Certainly not worth ringing yet.

Me too. Put wrong expiry date. instead of using the contact number you have to put in, they email you 8 hours later to say your order has been cancelled! I called about it after I got the email, and they said "you put the wrong expiry date - I can see from a previous order what your expiry date should be". It's not like they'd have trouble selling them either - and seeing as the concerts are 8 months away, you would have thought they could have called about it. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

I could have just had 6 tickets for the NEC - but I've been instructed to get tickets for MEN so I'll just have to keep checking!

Just got 2 for the NEC on Seetickets, right at the back, but I don't care at least I got some!
i know all my card details are right, so with any luck I'll be singing my heart out in November........

With all these unexpected cancellations, maybe worth a call to SeeTickets to just confirm things verbally ?
