yes you should have them. Different ticket-sellers are given different amounts of tickets and once they have sold out of their tickets that's it but other sellers may have had more tickets or less demand and so they still have some of their allocation available so just because one retailer has sold-out doesn't mean the whole arena is sold-out just that that seller has sold-out.0 -
jussyc wrote:just been on see tickets and tried to track the order with the postcode and card no option and it says no order placed , do you think this could be just because i havent rec ny confirmation email yet? has anyone else tried this??
Same here, and no confirmation yet, but no money taken yet either so assume once money out, email comes through and then its confirmed. It's all a bit up in the air at the moment - which is disappointing - See Tickets used to give lots more information.0 -

All new London dates are showing as sold out now.

JulieBarlow wrote:I get this all the time with my credit card company. Don't panic, it's just a security check that they do if they notice unusual use of the card (e.g. first time used online, first time used after a long time, lots of online transactions on same day, etc.) They just call and check the latest transactions are genuine and you recognise them. If the e-mail confirmation came through then that means they have taken the money from the card so as long as you/hubby tells the security check that it is a genuine transaction you won't have a problem.
