If the rear wheel issue becomes worse and they can't/don't fix, can I refuse the car? It was there from the day after purchase, temporarily went away after the stripped and greased it.

Sounds like it could end up needing a new calliper, seems to me like it's binding/scrubbing. Simple test would be to drop the car into reverse on a flat surface (to stop it moving), raise the rear end and then try turning the wheels (handbrake off), you'll see straight away if theirs a problem.

Seems to be something along those lines.

I dropped it in at the garage this morning, but they're refusing to fix FOC. I've documented all issues and dates thus far - the car was back there within a week of purchase for that issue and they've obviously failed to resolve it.

Any advice on where to go from here? Pay them and be done with it? Refuse the car?
