If it's £14.25 ph for 36 hrs, it comes out at roughly £408 but you need to tailor it to your own personal circumstances.
cheers buddy, so is the standard working week 36 hours?
do you get payed any shift allowance like DHL used to, they would work 37 hours but be payed for 40 hours.0 -
Solihull 3 shifts is 36hrs.
The £14.25 is equivalent to basic pay +22% shift allowance but Manpower give a separate rate for each shift pattern, unlike JLR who give a basic rate then add on the sift allowance as a separate item on your payslip.0 -

ok thanks so all in all on 70% it's roughly just over 4 hundred take home?
sorry for all the questions, just weighing up how much better or worse off i'll be at the end of the day

Im also trying to weigh things up. Currently with Staffline DHL (not expecting a contract for atleast another 12 Months) but I have also completed all stages with Manpower JLR. Anyone have any information regarding job security, I know with Manpower its an upto 5 year wait for a contract. I wouldn't like to start with Manpower JLR and be told to leave in the near future or before being offered a contract.
thanks0 -

I had my interview 3rd december and was told i passed on the 14th december. Also had a pre employment session on the 17th to do basic maths and english test but i was sent home because i had level 3 qualifications. Since then ive been told to wait for a call but the wait is killing me, would like to start asap.0 -
