I passed my interview mid June. When do you think I will get my phone call? I missed 1 from her Solihull last week. They say they can't give anymore start dates for another few weeks? Do you get to pick wether you work shifts or straight days?

took roughly 2 weeks after interview to get call with starting date buddy to begin with its straight days then you will be given your shift pattern

Ok lads cheers for help. Fed up of waiting. I got a call but missed it. Rang back and told had to wait another few weeks. Is there a chance I will be put on straight nights? That really wouldn't suit me. I want to be on the shifts.

It's in your best interests to be flexible when your with manpower as there are hundreds waiting to take your place I'm at case brom for 5 weeks worked the last 4 Saturdays not because I've got nothing better to do but because i wanted to make good impression and have the option of overtime in the future so don't say you won't work weekends it's prob won't go down to well .

I don't mind weekend work. But just wouldn't want to be on nights all the time! Has anyone had a call today?

I have the pre employment session this week. I was hoping for some information on what to expect. What is the one to one with occupational health? Etc
Also I see it says casual clothes. Are jeans ok for this part of process?

    Thanks all

Do Solihull work shifts at weekends or is just weekend overtime?.
