Can I ask when you had your interview? It sounds like they are calling people based on when they had their interview dates, which is fair enough, first come first served.

I had mines on the 12th of march so I'm worried all the positions will be filled by then.
  • Also, when do you guys get called from manpower? I've had 2 so far (for the manual and interview) and they were both in the afternoon, one at 3 and the other around 5. If they do always call in the evening I'll have to be extra alert. Have a tendency to displace my phone a lot :P

Of course, Had my interview on i think it was 1st March. My partner started at the end of January at Castle Brom. All i can suggest is to keep calling and chasing as there seem to be limited vacancies and the more you chase is seems the more chance you have got as shows you want the job and your eager.

Also check emails regulary as i know someone whos email filtered straight into their junk box

hi do new starters get £30 per week attendance after 12 wks and what is the shift pay?

Hiya, I was told at the interview that basic pay is £10.45 (upto £12.45 with rotating shift allowance) and I was under the impression that the £30.00 week attendance started straight away, maybe I'm wrong. Not that I'm grumbling either way :)
