Bt Business Broadband Complaints

This is now my last shot at this.

I have had major problems with BT over their broadband product. I have posted elsewhere about the problem but nobody has managed to give me the advice I need.

To cut a long story short

around 8 months ago line speed was 13Mbps and started to deteriorate 6 months ago it was 0.3 Mbps and has been the same ever since. 11 times problem raised not once was it fixed bt just stop helping. Recently proved to them problem is theirs and its their equipment at fault. They said sign up to a new 12 month contract and the new hub3 would sort it out. It didnt and now yet again they have stopped replying and still left with speed of 0.3 Mbps and tied in with a new 12 month contract. I have tried to complain but no replies and ignored. Cant contact Ombudsman about them because company employs more than 10 people so they wont help. Tried contacting their representative on this board and yet again ignored.

Can anybody tell me who I can complain to or take this to so it can be sorted.??? Is there any governing body that would listen as according to the ombudsman if you employ over 10 people they cant help.
