    cat is only half a cat in trade speak so not worth a lot
    your copy cat you are fitting are rubbish and will struggle to get through emmisions come mot time
    so be warned:)

    £80 inc vat seems around the going rate from eurocarparts, buypartsby, onlineautomotive. Then delivery on top.
    They've got cheaper ones, and dearer ones listed as well, so £68 does seem bottom end of reasonable.

    Yes, they still claim that the part is "original specification". Guaranteed for 1 year.

    Will it set of the engine management system if it doesn't do its job? I wish they had just stayed with a piece of scaffold pipe for an exhaust.

    If it doesn't work, it'll trigger the warning light, or fail the mot test, or both.
    So you'll know at the next mot.
