None of the magazines I used to receive were read in our house, Racing Pigeons Weekly, British Medical Journal, Spectator and a Methodist Church Newspaper. Surely they can send us some magazine that we can actually appreciate. I wonder what my postman used to think with such a diverse range of magazines.

My last day before being kicked off panel. I've done it for 6 years and now been booted off. Kind of looking forward to a break and wonder if when I get asked again I'll rejoin. Been lots of mistakes lately probably letting the postman know who I am. I also receive mad magazines. Lately it's been nursing, medical journal, the jc (which I think is jewish), building magazine and various weird and wonderful joys. Swear my postman wonders what I am?? Enjoy the challenges!

I'm getting kicked off too in about 5 weeks, got the email a couple of days ago. Bit sad, but I'm also 6 months pregnant, so by time I'm asked back in 4 to 5 months I'll be on maternity leave! :rotfl:Will miss the extra stamps but won't miss having to remember to post stuff with my current 'baby brain' forgetfulness!

I really wonder about the point of reporting holidays. OK, so you don't have to post anything, but I was away Monday to Monday, involving 2 weeks of postings, and I had recieved 3 items when I came back and 2 more this morning.

I don't think this is the fault of Kantar in that they probably do remove your details from the schedule to receive items while you are away. However if another poster misses posting on say, Monday2 July (when you should receive on Tuesday/Wednesday 3/4 and are not on holiday) and the sender therefore posts the following week or even the next one (as per standard instructions), the item can arrive while you are on holiday because of the delay posting.
  • I can't see any problem with receiving things while on holiday as you can just tick that you don't know date of receipt.

I have a problem!, I have not received a smart for one of the posts that is supposed to go out today, I was hoping for one to arrive in my post but nope it did not so what do I do, I did try to call the helpline...it closed at 1pm!!

Never mind I always find the answer after I ask, I put None added I think and I hope they will be okay with that, I cannot exactly conjure one out of thin air

When it asks if you've included smart ABCD, just click no and the option that says you haven't got a smart. I've had to do this before and it's not a problem.

I do wish they'd sort the Smarts out a bit better - they've just asked me to return my only Smart, but I've got a letter tomorrow that needs one - stupid or what

Quick question to the more knowledgeable here.
I received an item today (window type envelope), and when I opened it the sheet that contained my address had on the top of it.... Receiving panelist, After checking and recording the information below, please put this insert back inside the test envelope, before returning it to Research International......
So do I just put the envelope and insert into a smart envelope and post it, or is there another way to do it. Also, should I leave the SMART inside when I return it?
    Many thanks.
