Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

I got another enquiry email from them querying the time and date I sent something, I replied saying when I told you I sent it that's when I sent it, and by the way I'm done ... No more surveys for me as its more hassle than anything, got a reply to that one ( woooo hoooo) I'm finished with the surveys
Just not worth it for me tbh, far far to much of a pain in the backside0 -
The good news is that once you tell them you want to quit being on the panel, you'll still continue to be bombarded with mail and copies of Farmers Weekly for what feels like eternity.
I think I've accumulated at least a dozen SMARTS recently. I was sending them back upon arrival, but I've now decided to hold them hostage until TNS actually put a stop to the stuff that's still being sent to me - six weeks on.
Thanks for that, at least I know what to expect now0 -
I've just had three weeks training and now I've received an email telling me they want me to take a short break due to spaces being oversubscribed.
It's weird because one of the guys told me on the phone that they currently have no participants in my postal area and they were pleased that I had joined.
They also want me to continue participating on the Correctly Delivered Survey (which I know nothing about)
I'm not sure what to make of this email - does anybody have any ideas?
I have just sent them an email telling them that I've had no stamps delivered for May.0 -

.
Yes - TNS really don't know what they are doing, and frequently seem to have lost the plot :rotfl:
Seriously, on past experience, they'll probably contact you in a few weeks time, tell you they're spaces again, and make you redo the training (which is not all bad, as you'll get more stamps and there's not much to post on training).
As far as the correctly delivered survey goes - if you're sent an invitation to do one, it's well worth while (£5 voucher), and they're easy and straight forward.0 -

Got an email requesting i send a SMART back because it may have low battery - but I don't have the SMART in my stock nor have I ever had it according to my past posting schedule, should i email them to tell them?aninymoose wrote: »Me too, I'd be interested if you get a reply.
I got a reply to my email. It just said that the SMART mentioned may already be in stock or could be on it's way to me, so when it arrives send it back.0 -

I wouldn't crack open a bottle of champagne just yet, you've got several weeks of stuff still to come. This week's Famers Weekly is a humdinger of an issue, by the way...0 -
Hi everyone, I signed up for the Royal Mail surveys about 2 yrs ago. Was accepted but heard nothing until today when I received an email inviting me to take part in a correctly delivered survey starting in a couple of days. I've never done any training which I've seen other newbies mention so does today's email mean I will now be a panel member or is it just a one off? What can I expect to happen next?0

You have been invited to basically count the amount of letters you receive for the next two weeks also counting too see if you get any that are not correctly delivered. You will then be sent a £5 love2shop voucher. If you log onto the site you should be able to see the button now. hth0 -
I had an email inviting me then another saying I was no longer needed 2 weeks later, then about another week later i got another email and phone call saying i'm i was part of the SMART team or whatever they call it.... weeks on I'm now messing around with SMARTs on pretty much a daily basis.0
