Got an email requesting i send a SMART back because it may have low battery - but I don't have the SMART in my stock nor have I ever had it according to my past posting schedule, should i email them to tell them?

I've emailed them to ask, but I've found responses take days and with the bank holiday...

Just for a change, posting to say something nice about these surveys.
I opened this weeks pack and found the usual stamps plus a railway presentation pack. And as it's my nephew's birthday, who's into both stamps and trains (we grow nerds in our family), he's having a surprise extra prezzie. The timing couldn't have been better.

I've had that same stupid email and I don't have the SMART either! For goodness sake, are they having a meltdown in their office?!

I wonder if we have all got the same email. The Smart doesn't start with an R and end with an L does it??

Had 2 items received now that say something about sending them back to the sender but I don't know where they came from?!? What do I do?! Tried ringing the help line but alas no help.

Ignore that instruction - once upon a time items used to be sent back to Kantar but they do not do that anymore, they are just using up old stationery
