    I think that would be an excellent idea, Stephen. What we have at present is the cowardly scammers who write threatening letters to people at their private addresses (thanks to DVLA) whilst hiding behind P.O. Box No's themselves.

    This would even up the situation. The scammers might cramp their style a bit if the replies to their nasty letters dropped on their own doormats, or if they realised that they might be held personally responsible for their actions!
