But if you have to buy your utilities off uw to be able to use the credit, there is unlikely to be the saving you suggest.
As well as charging membership fees on top of their tariffs, they don't attempt to compete with the cheaper on line tariffs or dual fuel tariffs.
How about someone who shops at Sainsburys, has paid BGs standard rate for donkeys years, plus has BT line rental with fully itemised paper billing? Now, THAT would be a saving, eh? I'm sorry I'm getting flippant but I really can't take you and your totally irrational hatred for this company seriously. Has there been some personal incident with this company and/or one its distributors in the past that has made you so unbelievably negative towards UW? Failing that, I really think your hatred (because it genuinely comes across as that, you only seem to contribute to the Gas & Elec forum when there's a new UW post) is slightly worrying, tbh...

And not a word from the board's resident British Gas-hugger about their simply appalling score of 40% in the Which survey, eh? Speaks volumes....Call me Carmine....

Could it be that the 300% really wanted to show their interest.I get asked to do surveys from large comapnies but dont bother because they are just another big company but if i was really happy with the service then why not?
I dont think surveys off the likes of Which can be rigged.

Have you noticed how Cardew has now deflected attention away from the cashback card and back to the Which survey? I sometimes wonder about his motivation for coming on here, I really do.Call me Carmine....

Carmine, you took the words out of my mouth. If a customer was paying all of the monopoly suppliers for phone,bb,gas, elec, mobile etc,etc they would benifit massively by using UW.Now if they recommend our services and recieve the discounts as well as using the card i believe the savings would run into the hundreds per year.

Why would they allow it to be rigged though? Surely they would know. And what would be the benefit?

I see the line rental has been reduced to £8.99 a month and the inclusive calls you get if you take additional services now include some international destinations.

Instead of trying to ridicule my post, why not explain where the logic about this type of survey is faulty. Your post has contributed what????
Do not UW distributors have a huge vested interest in their company doing well in such a survey?
Can vested interests rig such surveys?
Is it simply chance that 300% more UW 'customers' chose to participate?
If you don't like the card or any of our services then don't apply, it's quite simple, then you won't have to keep attacking people who see a benefit - allow people to form their own opinion.
