steady on guys, reading the OP's posts they are probably fresh out of school and only just got a licence (scared of parents gives it away) and probably got a nasty shock hearing from the scammers.. it's a lot easier for us old-timers, remember that..

BTW, FINALLY managed to get another ticket today, thought they were all on strike or something! Great! That's another £60 they will be singing for...

Now that sums up the difference in attitude, really?

I don't think prettyscaredlol is worried about ignoring Parking Spy, its the flak they are going to get from their parents! Its a pity the parents don't have a look around here for themselves!

prettyscaredlol Coupon-mad asked you a important question in post #21 "are you under 18" if you are the phone calls would be easily stopped, if your not try and get your parents to have a read around these forums.

Unfortunately your option of paying them to stop the calls may not work, these companies have been known to come back for more!

I too was a "victim" of parking lie,I too was "worried" about the "fine"....untill i got involved with this forum, all the advice you get from these guys and gals here is fantastic, the advice to you is to IGNORE,IGNORE and then IGNORE a bit more,I took it a bit further and made paper planes with the threat-ograms they sent me!...join in and ignore them then post back on here and tell us all of your sucsess! then tell everyone you know about what these scumbag robbers get up to!
Phew i do hope thats not too harsh!

I thought it was somewhat restrained, actually.

yes ...I did feel somewhat restrained....once again Watchdog has highlighted these scumbags and whatsmore it seems like the DVLA is "in bed" with them...selling the owners details to the scumbags and it seems even when they have broken the law about signage etc these scumbags had still been collecting cars numbers and trying to "fine" them!despicable scumbags! They even got fined £30,000 themselves,NOT nearly enough for the dirty scumbags,29 different offences! huh ...just goes to show what a shambollock company they are!!!!the name of the company?...OPC....cement company aint it? come on Parking Eye....wheres my letter from you?...ive broken your T and Cs 3 times now....
One more thing... I read in the Norwich eving news last thursday that.some guy got "let off" thier "fine" by an Aldi manager last week, isnt that real nice of Aldi to get that sort of publicity?wait till Aldi find out how PE send out thier threat-ograms,or do they know what really goes on with these scumbags?,wonder what percentage of the "fines" paid to these scumbags do Aldi get....hmmm. update on Ms Husheechee....she still refuses to use Aldis!

I'm a very placid and fair person really but i get incredibly flared nostrils when these scumbag scammers frighten people into believing that they have broken the law,by dressing up their PCN to look official(when of course they are not)and trying to charge drivers an extortionate amount of money...and for what?for spending your hard earned in their supermarket...mebe innocently taking a bit more time than usual, not reading and "understanding" the pathetic warning signs, not keying in your details instore...grrrrr then Aldi and all the other monkeys employ these scumbags to further take the money out of your pocket and a lot of "frightened"customers just pay up and this is the bit that gets me....they dress these so called threat-ograms up to look as though they have come from a traffic warden/police officer (PLEASE REMEMBER TO ANYONE NEW READING THIS RANT THAT GETTING A TICKET FROM FROM A T/W OR P/O IS A DIFFERENT KETTLE OF FISH!!!!!).
Thats wot gets me back up ..because its so unfair, these scumbags are lying through their teeth to try and screw money out of unsuspecting "customers" grrrrrrr.....but you know what? I sort of understand that in some places there is a problem with people using these car parks as some sort of free park and ride into city centres and therefore restricting the number of spaces for shoppers...and thats my softer side coming out with a little bit of sympathy for the supermarkets etc.
Im a little dissapointed that Mrs Husheechee got a letter from Parking Eye and i didnt....perhaps im on their "dont bother him" radar....now i wonder why that is?....ah well its time to get off me soapbox and get back to me knittin...sooooo relaxing, oh did I say that anyone getting one of these so called "fines" should IGNORE them,DONT reply to them at all and eventually they WILL go away...unless of course you want to tease them and string them along for a while and lure them into thinkin that theyve got another one whos just gonna pay up the instant they send another threat-ogramm....grrrrrr. well done to Wilbrahams for getting his goal yesterday...well deserved....just a shame we lost
