I'll ignore them then, i've already received 2 letters, just today is my first day home so i've only just read them.
I hope i don't get any debt collecting letter then!

I used that site to fight a parking fine and won because of the research I did.Mortgage Free 2016Work Part Time:DHouse Hunting In France 20230 -

Pepipoo is best for council parking tickets, which are lawful. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
You should read the sticky thread here : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2214803
The letters you will receive from Parking Lie are there, so you can play 'snap' and you know what the expect. Once you get the last one, that's it!
Also, make sure you watch the Watchdog clip, hopefully that will make you feel more confident.
Don't let the b****ds grind you down0 -
Ha ha, don't want to sound as though I'm dominating, so I will just echo the excellent advice already offered to you, except, don't appeal or contact them in any way, they will only turn you down and you will have told them who was driving...
just keep cool, ignore all their rubbishy letters, and when they realise that you aren't going to play their game, they will give up and go away.
Take no notice of the asinine threats, if you assume throughout that they are lying you will have the measure of them. It is an industry which only survives by not telling the truth.0 -

Like I said its worth trying as they have a section for private parking tickets as well. Wont harm to ask as someone on there may have received a ticket from Parking Eye too.

Hi,
I can relate to your situation as I'm still a student and I was given an unexpected invoice the other week from Excel parking services, I've taken the wise advice of the forum and I'm definitely not paying their ridiculous demand for a random sum of money, my 'fine' was an initial £30 and it has now gone up to £100... I know mine is a different situation and company but I do personally know of a friend who received a 'fine' from parking eye about 8 weeks ago after overstaying their allowed time at a hospital car park and they have simply ignored and the are yet to hear anything back from parking eye.... Hope this helps!also, in my case, the company knows that I was the driver, and I'm still not going to give them my money simply because they have asked for some of it.

So why are you still scared then and why the need to ask if ignore is the best way to proceed?
You have had clear and unequivocal answers!
Speaking to them is not an option - Any communication will just prolong the harassment. Check the letter chain sticky to see what to expect from them next.
And photos mean absolutely nothing in the context of private parking and precious little even in legit enforcement.0 -

So you are under 18?
If so, you can't enter into a legal contract anyway so they can't touch you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
