'It would also be helpful to attach a picture of yourself' Would you think they are looking for young pretty people? Why put it if your CV was the deciding factor in getting an interview?

LadyMissA has said they want her to email a photograph. I would be a bit wary in this case, - there's more risk of it being posted/looked at by all and sundry and there are fewer controls over who can see it, or more to the point make a copy of it and email it to their friends.
