You should have had them arrested. I'd be phoning the police each and every single time they start.

I said from the start i would like mediation, get us all sat around a table see what really is on their mind, with housing officer with us, not sure if this has been offered but it was what i suggested to the housing officer to help resolve the issue.

Maybe they turned it down, because at a point i would of accepted an apology and put it all behind us, but the old woman told the police she would just ignore me, her way of my request of leave me alone.

I still think mediation should be tried, as i think i might stand a chance at explaining a few things to them with full back up of my housing officer and give them some literature on MS

it was 2 PCSO's yesterday and they thought a swift talk to them would do the job.

But because i have called the police twice now in a month i was told yesterday on the phone that both logs are connected up now

police have popped in this eve to update me, seems neighbour played the naive card again, claims cctv is set up on the tv but couldn't get up and running...

They had family members around today and i am sure things might have been deleted off a pc nobs been twiddled etc.

police are not 100% about the neighbours.

But he started on our fencing wanted to know why we put plastic fencing up, if he would of asked we would of said.

It's just anti cat, his girlfriend started screaming at one of my cats one day when he was on the roof of my shed in my garden, so we decided to put plain garden plastic fencing up all around to stop the cats going into their garden.

The he demanded from the police to know what building we were making in our garden (its a pagola) he was told it was none of his business.

I decided that if after just 2 weeks he's got cctv viewing my garden, what would it be next time, and so i have asked to start the proceedings to press charges.

You're doing the right thing - they sound horrendous. Keep the diary and make sure everything is reported, both to the police and to the council/Housing Association.

I am glad you've decided to press charges- you never know, they may kick off so spectacularly as a result that a 999 call has to be made and they are hauled in handcuffs down the station, giving you more ammunition against them!

If the PC is seized then the Poilce do have quite good ways and means to recover deleted items- most only know enough to hit delete and then empty the recycle bin, or use a bog standard internet free wipe data program. The trail doesn't end there with the kit the Police have.

Police should be pressing charges because of hate crime..if that's what they believe it is.

It certainly sounds as if your neighbours are desperate to prove you're not disabled but what business is it of theirs anyway?! If your houses are specifically for elderly or disabled then you would have to fit that criteria for the council to give you the house. What was she planning to do, go into the council office, thrust a video of you pottering around your garden in their hand and say "see she's not disabled chuck her out"! What a silly old busy body.

I wonder if she's got a friend or relative who was hoping to get your house before you moved in and now she's bitter?

Or she wants you out because her chum is waiting for a vacancy that the council will transfer her [or him] into?
