I'm sorry, BernieF - I've just checked, but it didn't work on my T-mobile, sadly. There's no option №3 where the second digit goes in your combination, 1 or 2 only

Thanks been trying to do this for ages.

Having just turned my vmail off and on I believe after calling t-mobile on 150 the menu options are:

    14112 - off
    14111 - on
    This works great, thanks.

Bernie, your one directed me to buy a booster..

    Useful thread.

I've just sat through the T-Mobile options and found that for me it was:

    Diverts on: 123311

    Diverts off: 123312

I have an iphone so I think there is an extra stage in there (the second digit).

Works on my UK Virgin Mobile

Everybody seemed to have ignored this post. This is a hidden Gem.
Worked for me on T-Mobile, thanks :money:
  • Yup,
Came back as saying 'Deactivated' on my pay-as-you-go T-Mobile,

Thanks very much Barry Man and iorich! :)

Another way is to send a text to 150 with:

    Voicemail Divert Off

    or

    Voicemail Divert On

    That'll work too....
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    Bump

This still works perfectly on T-mobile on my iPhone (now EE), none of the other options listed here is valid.
    Nothing to see here...
