Singlepoint/Vodaphone 10 months free!
So I decided to cancel my Singlepoint account and wrote a letter to giving them the 30 days notice. The next day I got a phone call, after asking me why I was cancelling I was then offered a further 12month contract but with the initial 10 months line rental free. So effectively I'd be paying around £30 (2months line rental only) for a years contract. They also upgraded the tarrif from 600off peak mins to 1000 o/p mins and chucked in 50 text messages too.
Maybe some of you Singlepoint/Vodaphone customers could give this a crack and see if you can get a good deal.

i'm with orange, ovp o2 max (i.e. 1000 x-net anytime mins). cost: free 1st 6 months. (after 6 months drop to any tariff (to the cheapest) cancel it, pay off in full) and start again. you'll save a packet.0

kai666: this was without a phone, I as offered a K700 with 7 months free but I werent too fussed about the phone really. Also you already have to be a customer of Singlepoint to benefit from this.0

I've just had the cancel chat with Singlepoint, only managed to get 7 months free, still it works out at around £11.75 / Month for 100 any network minutes and 250 texts.0
