I recently got a very cheap mobile phone which actually takes photos and has bluetooth etc. My pc does not appear to have bluetooth so I bought a bluetooth usb adaptor ES 388. I had problems with my bluetooth adapter which was not recognised when plugged into the usb port[it had previously worked flawlessly],i think something happened when i attempted to put the pc into sleep mode,so after much googling i did everything on the webpage below and now i have my bluetooth back and working as it should be:
