I thought PAYG topups on all networks were un-refundable and non transferable, so I don't know what they have done wrong really. Its probably all detailed in the terms and conditions which your aunt will have agreed to by using the service.0

praise: the customer services rep did everything they could to get me a refund that I probably wasn't even entitled to..!0 -

It is sad.
It's not just this site either.
On virtually every site you will get people who never post anything helpful but love to dive in and criticise and belittle.
And people who are very knowledgeable but believe this gives them the right to behave in an obnoxious manner to anyone to whom they happen to take a dislike.There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
It is sad.
It's not just this site either.
On virtually every site you will get people who never post anything helpful but love to dive in and criticise and belittle.
And people who are very knowledgeable but believe this gives them the right to behave in an obnoxious manner to anyone to whom they happen to take a dislike.
