    We ordered two huge rugs 8x12 on Christmas Eve and they arrived on 30th December. They are excellent quality, exactly as described on the irugs website, were packaged welling we're delivered free.
    They came from Memphis and arrived 4 days before a package of lego ordered from Berlin at the same time (and we'd paid for express delivery for that!)
    My mum ordered 2 rugs from them this morning and we've already had an email to say that they are on their way...
    Can't recommend highly enough...:A
