weak nails product recommendations please

Perfect formula gel is fantastic, I have had problem growing my nails for years but since I bought this my nails are strong & long all the time, if I catch them they will bend but do not break. The pink gel also gives a french polish effect, best purchase for years

I was a chronic nail biter growing up and couldnt grow my nails at all after that cos they would just split and were thin. But I kept them short for years and stopped biting them, would let them grow a bit then file them down and eventually my nails got nice and strong.

Stopped using any product containing sulphate surfactants on my hands - in most shampoos, shower gels, hand soap, foaming face washes, washing up liquids. Total change to my nails and cuticles.
