I went from £12,000 pa to £13,000pa in Feb 2009, and then went upto £14,450 last June, due to me applying for the admin manager job and not getting it. Atleast I got more money out of it though! :) I work as an admin assistant in a family owned business. We're allowed to start asking for payrises now from this month, so I may give it a try seeing as I work ridiculously hard for them! Lol

The only pay rise I got in my last job was when the tax code changed every year, got an extra £10 a month or something.

I'm quite lucky in the sense that I work in quite a prosperous industry, so we usually get a 5% rise every year :j

No pay rise for 4 year, loss of Christmas and year end bonuses, loss of BUPA.

If it weren't for the hours being so good I'd be long gone.

2% but the first in 3 years. Only got occasional one off bonuses before.
