One-off payment 2 years ago of £150 (I got 50% of £300 as I work p-t), 2% last year and 2% on 1st April this year. I work for an RSL.

Nothing this year and 0.25% last year. My payrise is performance related & based on how high your salary is.

I am at the top of my banding so I either need a promotion into a job with a higther pay banding otherwise I won't ever get a pay rise again.

5.2% rise last year, looking like I'll be getting 3.7% on 1st April.

That is really intersting, there is a real mix here. Thanks

I suppose I should have asked what area you worked in and what you did, as I suspect that makes a real difference (particularly those who have managed to get a rise).

Personally I have not had any rise for 3 years now and inflation is really starting to bite. But looking on the bright side, it is better than a cut.

Last year's pay rise is still under negotiation. Latest offer is 3% backdated to 1st Oct 2011, plus another 3% for this year from 1st October 2012.

Now confirmed. Six months back pay next month.

Not currently in work but in 2010 I got 0.89% and in 2009 I got 0%. Not performance related and everone gets different.

Had pay rises for the last 8 years running, this year I just had a 11% increase but am looking to move jobs and am negotiating a 25% rise in order to move.

I am very lucky to be in a sector that has thrived in the recession.
