which is better to use olbas oil or menthol crystals, can you put the crystals into one of the electric steam inhalars

Crystal meths tee hee!

I bought mine from Boots, ask at the counter for them but for goodness sake, ask for menthol crystals unless you want to be arrested! They're about 40p for a wee tub but they last forever as you really only need one or two. If you use too many, you'll know about it - they'll take your breath away!

I don't know about an inhalator but I don't see why not. And I can't comment on Olbas as I've not tried it in water. Or Vicks.

If you're like me Nicky, severe attacks or chest infections always happen at the weekend when the GP is closed! I panicked a little bit one weekend and decided to try crystals and I couldn't believe it when they worked. I'm not saying they'll always work but it's somehting to try and it won't do any harm. You'll know if it's working or not and whether you really need to see a GP.

I'll try that from Boots, winter is a nightmare for me, its one long round of cold, infection, antibiotics and steroids from October to March., so worth a go.

I do have olbas oil and i have frequently used it on the steam inhalators.

Winter's not that bad for me. I get hayfever all year round though which is ruddy torture - antihistamines every day of my life. Sometimes two if the pollen/grass/fungus spores/cat hair is particularly bad. I have to laugh at the packs of seven tablets - I get them in 30's!

My asthma tends to get worse in the wet weather and as I live in Scotland.... well, say no more!
