Moblie PUK Blocked?

I have a Fresh mobile phone.

I have my unblocking code (long story) but cant enter it into the handset.

All I get is PUK blocked, no matter how many times I put the code in.

If there anyway around this?...am I doing this the right way...?

Help please.

if it was a nokia you should put a different sim (non fresh) in to enter the code
puk code is for the sim card (your pin number)
get it wrong 3 times and it needs puk code
get it wrong 10 times and sim is scrap

what sim are you putting in to enter the code?
what make/model is the phone
where did you get the code?

if nothing comes up then your sim is blocked, you need a new sim card, phone your network
