Thread removed, how do i find out at who's request??

Greetings all.
Some time ago I started a thread about a fraudulent beggar at Heston services on the M4 - the thread had a life for some time but has now been deleted.. anyone know how I find out at who's request it was deleted?? I asked admin by reply came there none..
As with pretty much everyfink on't t'InterWeb the deleted stuff is still there see. .. (hope this works..)
