Morning all!! Beautiful day here again. Just had my bath, then off to do a quick food shop before taking pup to my dads to go for a long walk in the sunshine.

Not much OS to report, got loads of washing to do, dinner will be something out the freezer for me no doubt.

Going to attempt to s tay in and not drink tonight, so I don't waste the day tomorrow.

    Have a lovely day all

Morning all, gorgeous here.Just pottering round at the moment waiting for DH to come back from a couple of work errands. We may nip into town but depends on the time as we're off to the match about 1.30-think it will be cutting it fine really which is a bit of a pain as DH needs a new phone, wanted to drop my books in at the library, and I saw some linen trousers I fancied in next :D

None of that sounds very MS does it.I've just made a card for DBs anniversary, going to do one next for my cousins birthday. Not sure whats for tea yet, plenty in the fridge though-did a shop yesterday.

Sounds like he's back, better get ready.
Sunflower-really hope you're on the better side now, sorry you've had it so rough.
Lou-hope Ds has a great day and is better soon.
Have a good weekend everybody xxx

    Morning everyone

Belated :bdaycake: wishes to EG & FB, and of course Lou's DS today. Our "baby" (DS) was 27 yesterday:eek::eek:

For the gardeners on here, have you seen the Gr0up0n offer today of 5 fruit trees for £29 + £7.95 postage?

Still trying to decide whether or not to treat myself to an i-Pad, I still have to sell my old laptop and if I get an i-Pad then the netbook will also be redundant. I have the pennies, but still have to justify it to myself:o:D;)

Just been to the hairdressers to lose my "twinklies" and have a trim, my hair is growing nicely into a bob now. Two loads of washing out, but still hoping the mist will lift, and the sun breaks through, though there is a bit of a breeze which seems to be drying just slowly.

Just going to check through the 'van as off for a week tomorrow, which will include the annual service:eek::eek:, so want to check out the grocery cupboard, and what clothes I need.

Have a great weekend ((hugs)) and spoons all round. Take care. DG

    Afternoon everyone,

It is a beautiful sunny afternoon here after a foggy cold morning!
I spent the morning by the side of a cold netball court and it was freezing!

Happy birthday to your DS Lou , hope that he feels well enough to enjoy it.

Hugs to Sunflower, Molly and LW.

Tonight will hopefully be peaceful after yesterdays hectic evening. DD1 and 21 others, half of them German exchange girls, went to pizza express and then 6 of them came back here and played Lets Dance on the Wii, it was quite loud,:D
DS also had a friend round and DD2 was at ballet, I did manage to sneak out for half an hour for a swift half with some friends leaving OH in charge.

Tea tonight is sausage and mash, traditional English food so our german visitor doesn't think that we live on pizza and pasta.

    Have a lovely evening everyone.:)

All washing and ironing up to date! Must be a first in this house! House also clean and tidy.
Got my 2nd job again and guess what? I am in tonight at 7! Oh well, a late night and losing an hours sleep will make for a grumpy Camelot tomorrow. Going over to see DS2 in Edinburgh so hope the weather stays good.

Happy Birthday to Lou's DS, hope he's feeling better.

    Take care. XX

Hope ds feeling better soon lou. We have dd2 upstairs in bed with nasty cough. She's 18 but she still needs her mummy :kisses3: made heR lish chicken noodle soup with HM chicken stock. taking her back to edinburgh tomoz. Not totally sure what happened to today. I guess the usual saturday stuff -shopping, cleaning, cooking. Washing didn't dry on the line horrid harr. Did get to the dump and finally tip 2 broken beyond repair laundry baskets, 1toaster (ditto) and a couple of other broken bits. Also went to CS and bought very nice set of red candles in black block which go brilliantly with kitchen. Now making ciabatta nom nom and remembering not much actual cleaning went on :rotfl:

Been MIA for a while because I have completely lost my mojo :( Feel like I am going down with something , no energy, weepy and generally feel blurgh_pale_ I am at the hospital on Wednesday (cardiology and respiratory. I try to get both on the same day because it costs so much to park and yes you are charged even if you have a blue badge :(), so I will mention it to the consultants.
Belated birthday wishes to EG, FB and Lou's DS

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
