UKPC in Liverpool

Hi, Parked in liverpool today and had to stradle two of the bay as there was a long wheelbase transit parked in the next bay which was over the lines and my car is a very large american suv and doesn't fit in the bays properly anyway. Was around 8" over the lines and came back to the car after leaving it for around 30 mins…

The car-park owner will have assets whereas the PPC are very clever in hiding their assets so that if anybody does sue them they can say "sorry we've got no money".
