I'm sticking with NS&I for new money. Recently transferred an old ISA into Kent Reliance - no problem, you apply online and they email you the forms to fill in and return, then depends on your current provider as to how long it takes. They managed to confirm I wasn't an international crimelord electronically, so didn't need any extra docs.0

ING launches an ISA paying 6.55% for the first 6 months before reverting to a variable 5.13% thereafter, resultiung in overall interest of 6%.
You cannot transfer existing ISA's into it.0 -
