Needing new broadband/phone provider

Having a disasterous time with Tiscali just now and have decided that we need to change broadband provider.
I'm happy with just someone for broadband - don't really need calls or TV or anything, but my brother and mum want broadband and calls.
My mum has Sky TV and was considering their TV/Calls/Broadband package, but from what I've read so far on here, maybe Sky isn't that great?
Can anyone recommend someone for broadband and calls at least - even better if they do TV too?
