abusive phone calls from a blocked number

Phone calls or messages?
If the number is 'blocked', how do you know and why do you care?
That said, 'abusive' messages is a police matter.0 -
If you're referring to a BT line then you simply call BT, they have a dedicated unit that deals with malicious calls and, upon your specific instruction, they will involve the Police. You will not be told the identity of the caller(s) but with the correct authority, BT will reveal the callers number to the Police who will investigate from there, there is no such thing as a truly withheld number.0
