Kamillosan cream - you can buy it in the Mother & Baby section of most supermarkets or Chemists. It's great and you don't have to wash it off before feeding. Savoy cabbage leaves in your bra can be quite soothing too!

Maybe too late to help you on the original thread, but for anyone else.....a company called Little Green Earthlets do a brilliant natural cabbage cream - hell of a lot easier than the ole cabbage leaf treatment itself, and is super effective - it's called TNT (Tender Nipple Treatment!). I think it's about £6, and worth every penny....they deliver too, can't remember site but shouldn't be too hard to find! After going throughthe same probs at the beginning, my daughter is 2 next week, and although she stopped b'feeding at 10 months I STILLhave milk.....any ideas on that one??!!!!!!!
