THREE Top Up PAYG Question

Hello Peeps

If i top up on a 3 PAYG sim, does that top up last or will it expire?

If it expires, who can I go with where the top up will last even a few years before expiring.

Its a bit daft if theyve put an expiration date on it because its practically a contract.

Ok so i did a bit of reading and found out that a TOP-UP will never expire.

However you can also buy Add-Ons with the top up money. So if you top up £10, you can use £5 of that £10 to buy an add on like 3000 texts.

The problem is, an add-on will expire in 30 days boooo.

PAYG topups don't expire. However, usually you have to make a chargeable call or send a text at least once every 90/180 days depending on the network to keep the sim active. Surprisingly, I don't see anything like this in the 3's T&C.

Where a Top-up is bought in-store and a 16-digit code provided, the Top-up needs to be activated within 90 days of buying it. Once activated, Top-ups have no expiry date, unless there is no activity at all on an account for 180 days as Three reserves the right to terminate or suspend unused accounts.
